The Queer Community Singing Group is an original Warehouse 9 pilot project that since 2023 have evolved into a larger community project. The main activity is the Saturday singing sessions, but we are constantly evolving, and you can look forward to becoming a part of a community if you join us <3

 In 2023 Josh Herring started the QCSG with Warehouse 9. It started as a pilot project to see if the concept had potential. With around 16 sessions during 2023 it proved its potential quickly. Josh needed help to continue the project, and Pern Rejmers, who had attended the sessions stepped in and helped applying for funding.

 Since then, Josh and Pern has been leading the project. In 2024 the sessions were funded by Vanløse Lokaludvalg in collaboration with Warehouse 9, de sceneste and we have since established the QCSG as our own association. Down here you can meet the current board, song conductor, general manager and other people in the QCSG.

 We are facilitating around 40-50 sessions per year and more than 300 people have attended one or more session through the years. Other than singing sessions we envision the QCSG to become a community where we can create art, events, fundraisers and much more together – always centred around lgtbqia+ individuals.
